EXTENDED CARE

• All dog sitting rates are based on a 24 hour period starting at drop off.

​

• If the end time is scheduled 2-8 hours later than the start time on the first day, you will be charged an additional 50% of your daily rate.  (Example: If your nightly rate is $95, your extended care rate for an additional 2-8 hours is $47.50)

• If the end time is scheduled 8+ hours later than the start time on the first day, you will be charged the full price of an extra day.  (Example: If your nightly rate is $95, your extended care rate for an additional 8+ hours is $95)

Daycare: Same day cancel policy.
Vacations (Overnights):  72 hr Cancellation policy.  You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel by 12 pm three days before the booking begins.  If you cancel later than 12 pm three days before the booking begins, you’ll receive a 50% refund of your deposit.  If for any reason, you cancel after your booking was scheduled to begin, your deposit will be non-refundable.  Once your dog is dropped off and your stay begins it is non-refundable.

Dog Walking:  Same day cancel policy.

No-show: Same day cancel policy.
